Services Provided

Cooling Near You provides free educational tools and information about HVAC systems, including diagnostic tools, cost guides, sizing calculators, and maintenance resources. We also connect homeowners with local HVAC professionals through our quote request form.

Disclaimer

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional HVAC advice. The diagnostic tool provides estimated probable causes based on common symptoms but cannot replace an in-person inspection by a licensed HVAC professional. Cost estimates are approximate ranges based on national averages and may vary by location.

Third-Party Contractors

HVAC professionals connected through our Site are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Cooling Near You. While we vet our partner contractors, we are not responsible for their work, pricing, or conduct. Always verify a contractor's license, insurance, and references before hiring.

Limitation of Liability

Cooling Near You shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Site, reliance on information provided, or interactions with third-party contractors. Use the Site and its tools at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
